Remember is for people who know each other

You can only send capsules to friends and family you have added, and to yourself. Treat what you send as a gift.

Not allowed

Sexual content involving minors, sexual content shared without consent, graphic violence, threats or harassment, hate, and anything illegal.

Photos of other people that you have no right to share.

Blocking

Block anyone from Friends & family or their profile. Blocking removes the friendship and hides what they sent you. You can see and undo blocks in Settings, Blocked people.

Reporting

Report a person or a capsule in the app, or contact help@remember.wtf. Because capsules are sealed, we review reports about the person and, for serious reports, the capsule itself.

What happens next

We may warn, restrict or remove accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities.
