Agreement
By using Remember you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old.
Accounts
You can use Remember without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Capsules
A capsule is sealed for a whole number of years from 1 to 5 and cannot be shortened or opened early by anyone. You are responsible for the photos you seal and confirm you have the right to share them, including any people shown.
Opening
A capsule opens on its unlock date and not before. We will notify the people it was sent to, and you, when it is ready.
Acceptable use
Do not seal anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or threatens, or content you do not have the right to share. See the Community Guidelines.
Our rights
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. A sealed capsule may be reviewed and removed if it is reported for a serious violation.
Availability
We work hard to keep every capsule safe and to open it on time, but we provide the service as is and cannot promise it will always be available. Keep a copy of photos you cannot replace.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Remember is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in the app.
